The 2nd Stakeholder Consultation Meeting organised in Paris mid January 2011 was attended by more than 400 international experts from 50 different countries worked together to progress on the four processes (political, thematic, regional and local) of the 6th World Water Forum which will be held in March 2012 in Marseille, France.
The contributions have produced a common list of strategic targets that will set the stage for the identification of solutions and action plans.
The 6th World Water Forum, co-organised by the French Government, the City of Marseille and the World Water Council, aims to be “the Forum of solutions and commitments”.
